Organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI), the Taiwan International Machine Tool Show (TIMTOS) will be held from March 15 - 20, 2021 across three exhibition halls — Hall 1 and Hall 2 of Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center and TWTC Hall 1. Despite the pandemic, on June 9, 2020 alone, the first day of registration for TIMTOS 2021, more than 7,000 booths were booked, far exceeding the total capacity of three exhibition halls combined. Same hotspot as previous years, TIMTOS stands firm as Taiwan's largest international machine tool trade show, showcasing the latest innovative technologies for the industry.

TIMTOS continuously breaks its record, with the highest number of exhibitors, booths and attendees this year, making it the largest international professional trade show in Taiwan. With 1,230 exhibitors from home and abroad in 7,000 booths, TIMTOS presents the most cutting-edge innovations, products, and technologies.

Great amount of business dialogues, networking and opportunities has happened during the show. Many exhibitors were delighted about the outcome of participating in the show.

Alongside the abundant exhibit and business interactions happening in the showground, the organizers invited top executives from ABB, Airbus, Bosch Rexroth, Dassault Systèmes, DMG MORI, Optomec and Siemens to share their insight on the latest trends and technology development.

In addition, procurement meetings were held during the show, where overseas buyers from 22 countries such as Germany, Canada, the Netherlands, Italy, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey, Russia and India to participate in 101 meetings with 46 local exhibitors to explore business opportunities.
